It takes a trained social worker who can trace relatives, ask hard questions, prepare a frightened child, steady a struggling family, and keep showing up after the reunion. Weza Care’s Transition Accelerator work — training, consulting, and field mentorship — builds exactly those skills inside Charitable Children’s Institutions and partner organisations. This campaign funds the equipping of 500 social workers so they can carry reunification practice into thousands of children’s lives. You are not paying for a poster. You are building the people who turn “abandoned” into “found.”
