Donations

Donations on CareFund Kenya are processed by Paystack. A donation is confirmed only after we receive a verified payment notification — not when you submit the form. Funds are split at transaction time: the net amount goes to the organization's Paystack subaccount; CareFund receives a disclosed operational fee shown during checkout and in your receipt.

Honesty and campaigns

Campaign progress, deadlines, and urgency indicators reflect real data from verified organizations. We do not fabricate scarcity or matching offers.

Tax receipts

Tax treatment depends on your jurisdiction and the receiving organization. Any tax-deductibility language on campaign pages comes from platform settings and counsel review — not from individual campaign editors.

CareFund Premier

CareFund Premier is a separate, invite-only program for structured giving. Social donations are complete and valued on their own; Premier is an optional path for donors who want advisor-led stewardship.
