What we collect

• Guest donations: email, optional phone, amount, message, and payment references processed by Paystack (we never store card or bank details).
• Registered donors: account email, profile details you provide, and donation history.
• Analytics (with consent): anonymous usage events to improve the donation funnel — no ad targeting.

Children's data

Our database does not store child personal records. Children appear only in consented, dignity-first story content published by verified organizations.

Cross-border transfers

Data may be processed by hosting and analytics vendors (including Vercel and Supabase) in regions outside Kenya. We rely on appropriate transfer safeguards as required by the Kenya Data Protection Act.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or erasure of personal data. Financial donation records are retained for lawful accounting purposes; erasure anonymizes donor linkage without deleting the transaction record.
